Yes, it's a chihuahua using the bathroom. Tasteless? Yes. Funny? Maybe. She just seemed so proud of her choice to go outside rather than in the house - see how she glances back as if to say, "aren't you proud? I went outside instead of on your parents' floor like I usually do." I had to honor her accomplishment.

The pet shop near my office let's folks come in and play with the puppies. You pay $1.00, which is then donated to the Humane Society, and they let you play with the puppies (they supervise, of course, to make sure the puppies are mistreated or stolen). FUN!
